User Documentation Specialist – SofTrek Corp., Amherst NY (Buffalo area)
Job Summary
The User Documentation Specialist develops documentation methods to effectively communicate product concepts and use to a wide range of end-user audiences. Works closely with business analyst, software engineers, QA/QC and usability testers, trainers, and end-users to design, create, test, and distribute documentation using a variety of delivery vehicles, like web publication, knowledge bases, video, etc. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports directly to the Vice President of Product Development.
