Job Summary
  • Technical Writing: writing content/end-user documentation, maintaining content infrastructure that is global-ready, populating knowledge base and wiki with articles based on known and newly discovered IT/Technical Support issues, updating application help files.
  • IT/Technical Support: performing troubleshooting activities, including problem resolution, providing immediate technical/helpdesk support to users on a wide range of technical issues/requests.
  • Web Content: developing online learning lessons including written and video instruction, hosting webinars on technical topics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or technically related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, WordPress, HTML, CSS
  • Five years previous experience with content management, development, and/or technical writing
