Proof SheetWith the emphasis increasing on how quickly people can find and use information, the term “microlearning” has become popular. Recently the Rochester Chapter had a program inviting members to present a microlearning session. Ray Jimenez points out that for microlearning to succeed, organizations must be willing to break ten training rules.

“Microcopy” is a newer term, referring to very short content elements that engage users and provide information fast.
