Agile – It’s Not Just for Software Anymore with Senior Member, Jane Wilson

Agile – It’s Not Just for Software Anymore

Join Jane Wilson in her presentation on basic Agile practices!

Presentation Session Description:

Agile methodology has revolutionized how software is developed. The concepts of simplification, iteration, and continuous feedback have made the work of creating software faster, easier, and more responsive to user needs. What happens, though, when we apply Agile principles to other types of work? How can you improve your project management with task breakdown, scrum meetings, and self-organizing teams? Can a personal Kanban Board make your to-do list easier to manage? In this session, we’ll take a look at how basic Agile practices can improve your efficiency – whether you’re working in a large, multi-functional team or on your own, and no matter what kind of project you are tackling.
