Responsibilities:
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to obtain updates to content
- Make edits to content
- Make recommendations for document process and quality improvements
- Understand and communicate project goals and evaluate required level of effort for implementing changes
- Obtain document process knowledge and understanding of how it fits with client’s business operations
Qualifications:
- Two year degree (Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred) or equivalent experience required
- Two to four years experience in related field is required
- Sound, working knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of Internet and Web technologies
- Experience with XML standards, organizations and best practices
- Ability to work and produce error-free results
- Ability to grasp complex information quickly
- Highly motivated; demonstrates initiative
- Additional programming skills are a plus
- Flexibility while working under tight deadlines
- Exhibits a positive attitude
