A new year is well under way, and STC Rochester continues to be an active community in a time of great challenge.
A hopeful turn of fortune in the fight against Covid-19
There has been virtually no individual, group, or organization that has not been touched by the ravages of Covid-19. For many of us in STC, the virus hit home for loved ones and friends who fell ill or who lost their lives. Many jobs have been lost as well. STC communities have made the difficult adjustment to all-virtual programs. Despite these challenges, STC Rochester been able to continue offering excellent programs, thanks to our top-notch leadership team.
Fortunately, vaccines to combat the virus are becoming more widely available, providing greater hope that we’re finally on our way to victory over this pandemic. We’ll be doing virtual programming for a while longer, but we’re looking forward to the day when we can meet in person once more.
My prayers are with all who have been infected or who have lost loved ones to Covid-19.
