The Rochester Chapter has earned the 2021 Platinum Community Achievement Award for chapter activities in 2020. The citation reads:
For providing exceptional educational opportunities and resources that drive the entire technical communication profession, including best-in-class standard deliverables for conference planning and accessible resources.
