Spectrum 2021 Keynote Speaker

Alisa BonsignoreThis year’s keynote speaker, Alisa Bonsignore, is well-qualified to address flexibility, creativity, and all aspects of sustainability.

We’ve all been looking for new ways to build career resilience in “these unusual times.” It’s clear that we need to be flexible and creative to set ourselves apart, build value, and come out of this experience in a stronger position.

But what can we do to make ourselves more valuable to employers? The answer may lie in sustainability.

In her keynote presentation, “How Sustainability Can Transform Your Career,” Alisa will set the stage for Spectrum participants to learn and talk about sustainability and our careers. Alisa will discuss three areas in which a focus on sustainability is becoming increasingly important:

  • Sustainability programs can improve an organization’s long-term financial and operational health
  • Customer engagement can be connected to sustainability issues — even if the customer doesn’t identify it as such
  • Our own long-term career prospects can be improved by becoming valuable sustainability communicators within our organizations

Individually, each of these areas can offer powerful growth opportunities. Understanding how to bring them together can position our careers for the 2020s and beyond.
